Female, Age Unkown ... This lovely girl had been living in a garden for some time, but despite the finder asking around and posting locally, sadly, no one came forward for her. After the finder contacted us, we went straight out to scan her —unfortunately, she’s not chipped or spayed, so we took her straight into foster care. Female, 2 Months Old ... Little Cleo came into our care after being found alone in a garden, with blood on her head and ear. We don’t know exactly what happened, but she had several small puncture wounds around her head and ear — a frightening ordeal for such a tiny kitten. At just a few weeks old, Cleo was far too young to be fending for herself. Despite our efforts, we couldn’t trace an owner, so she was welcomed straight into Cafo foster care, where she could finally feel

Hector & Rafael

Male, 2 Months Old ... These two lovely boys came into our care after their owners asked for help. They were far too young to have been exploring outside on their own. Sadly, little Rafael, the black kitten, had suffered an injury before they came to us. By the time we got him to the vet, his cut had already started to get infected — the vet said it had been there for at least 24 hours. We’re so glad we were able to step in quickly! Rafael is now on antibiotics and recovering

Female, 1 Year Old ... This gorgeous girl has had such a tough start to life. Luna was living on the streets while heavily pregnant, and heartbreakingly, kids had been seen throwing things at her. Male, 1 Year Old ... Mittens is a gorgeous young boy who’s been patiently waiting for his chance at a happy new beginning. This sweet lad had a tough time in his previous home — the older cats weren’t very welcoming, and the dogs frightened him. As a result, poor Mittens spent much of his time hiding and feeling anxious. Beautiful Mia recently came into our care after being surrendered by her owner – heartbreakingly, this is at least her third litter. 💔 Shortly after arriving at Cafo Rescue, Mia gave birth to four gorgeous kittens, and she has proven to be the most loving and attentive mum. Female, 1 Year Old ... This sweet girl was found heavily pregnant and living as a stray. She was checked over by vets, but sadly she wasn’t microchipped – and her finder couldn’t keep her due to rented housing. Not long after arriving at Cafo Rescue, Daisy safely delivered five gorgeous kittens, all black and white with her adorable signature tail. 🐾 Daisy has been the most amazing mum, caring for her babies so beautifully. Her kittens have all found their forever homes now.

When our team was called out to scan a cat behind a garden shed, we weren’t expecting to find a little family in need — but there she was: Tilly, a young mum doing her best to care for her five tiny kittens, all alone and unchipped.
