Female, Young Adult - Mary and her sister Tabitha came to Cafo Rescue after their feeder’s mum spoke with one of our fosterers. The cats had been abandoned—once seen as kittens in a window, then suddenly shut out when their belongings were thrown away. Neighbours began feeding them, but the quiet close where they lived meant they weren’t streetwise.

Both under 18 months old and very friendly, they loved playing with local children. Their feeder grew concerned when they started looking heavier and more stray cats appeared. Neither was microchipped.

Shortly after she came into Cafo, Mary gave birth to just one kitten and she has been a wonderful mother. She is very affectionate, full of character, and loves to play with her toys.

She really enjoys being around people. When Mary lived outside, she loved playing with the chlldren in the road, especially chasing games.

Mary has since found her perfect forever home!
